Its a common question we hear all of the time - Is my coach house a flat or a house? the answer is - Neither!  You live in a coach house and you can only purchase an insurance policy for a coach house. Your property must be clearly stated as a coach house.  Think about car Insurance for a moment – would you drive a BMW and select Ford from the list – no?  exactly!  Your contract of insurance is void if the policy does not accurately reflect the type of property being insured.

The reason Coach House is not an option for most insurers online, is because they do not sell it!  You cannot make a policy for a flat or a house fit – you have to search further and purchase the correct insurance.  However, luckily you have landed on our website!  We specialise in Coach House Insurance and it is no more expensive than other type of home insurance – so fear not!

Get a quote from us today and make sure you are properly covered so in the event of a claim you can rest easy that your claim will not be refused due to the policy being set up and purchased incorrectly!  Do not take the word of a call centre agent that ‘it will be OK’, because the responsibility that the policy is accurate and meets your needs – is all yours!
